BSOD (Surface Pro 3) - DMPs included

Hello,

I work for a school district and we are having many Surface Pro 3 devices (as well as some other devices with different hardware) get a BSOD.  All of these BSODs seem to be happening due to the same file (NETIO.SYS).  That being said, I am including a link to my OneDrive folder that has the dump files from a computer that has done this as recently as today.   I named the most recent file "Latest Dump.dmp".  Can any of you please help us out in troubleshooting what is going on here?

Our network environment is all Cisco and we do not have FlexConnect turned on.

You can troubleshoot most symbol related issues by turning on symbol loading diagnostics (!sym noisy) and repeating the command that caused symbols to be loaded.
You should also verify that your symbol search path (.sympath) is correct.

I'm not sure where ZigZag got the dump file because my dump files don't reference nswebfilterdriver.sys.  They all seem to reference NTOSKRNL.EXE.  I even used the same dump file name he used and pasted it below. I cannot find a reference to nswebfilterdriver.sys anywhere.  Though, it's curious that you mention netsupport because we are using a system called Intel Classroom Management which uses a product of netsupport.  Is there somewhere you guys looked that I haven't or maybe a tool you used that I haven't?  I'm using WinDBG:6.3.9600.17298 X86 to analyze my crash dumps.
