BSOD- Win7 Ult Ed- Safe mode runs fine.
I have been trying for days to fix this. I don't know how it started because my kids and I all use the computer. I do know that now, both IE and Firefox are getting randomly loading advertisement pages that they never got before in addition to the BSOD crashes
I am experiencing when I allow windows to load normally.
I can run just fine in safe mode with networking after I went to an earlier restore point. Here are my specs-
IBM ThinkPad T43
Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.73 GHz
RAM: 512 (I know, I know...)
And here is the crash report-
Thank you in advance! ~Solstice

Hi Solstice,
I see two major problems. First, it looks like you have some sort of malware infection; what do you have as far as antivirus is concerned? Are you able to run a full scan?
And second: Windows 7 requires 1GB of RAM minimum. That can easily contribute to your system failure. The fact that it runs in Safe Mode can be attributed to the fact that it runs much lighter with a lot less programs and services that don't
use RAM.
Can you get at least another 512MB? or even better, another 1.5 or just a fresh 2 or 4GB?
Edit: If you have 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, your requirements are increased: you need at minimum 2 GB. Are you able to add some?
