Sounds heat related to me. Check the cpu fan and make sure you have thermal compound between the heat sink and cpu. Also check your power supply and see if it is getting very hot. Make sure all fans are running.

Please post a copy of your dumpfile as a shared file to your Sky Drive with a link here. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65 For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649 The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked. Hope this helps, Gerry

The Stop 0x00000124 (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR) indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA). The value of the first parameter indicates a machine check exception occurred; this applies if the processor is based on the x64 architecture, or the x86 architecture that has the MCA feature available. Locate the DMP file in the \Windows\Minidump folder, upload it to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here so that we can analyze it. @Schloicka, yes all the fans is working just fine. Temp range from 40~55 'c which is normal.. shouldn't the power supply be hot/heat because the computer is running? @Gerry, @ Luigi I already uploaded the dump file to the skydrive, have a look :) https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=8B667BA23814CE1B&id=8B667BA23814CE1B%21266

okay, i will get it a try once i reach home. is there any software can monitor the power supply's temp? currently i using HDmonitor which no have this feature I can't think of any monitor to read the power supply temperature. Just feel on the outside of the case where the power supply is and see if it's hot. You can also take the side off and just feel the power supply. Also check that the fan is running on the power supply.

Bug Check Code 0x7C (akas 0x124): http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559221(v=vs.85) Is there a reason why the Windows 7 SP1 and presumably later updates are not installed? What is your computer make and model? If it is not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?Hope this helps, Gerry

Melvin Your system has most likely been set to automatically update but it is probably not working so we may need to find out why. Your Windows 7 has all the bugs that came with it when it was introduced in 2009 and none of the fixes provided over the last 3 years. Here are some notes that may help resolve problems encountered when installing Windows Updates. The process of installing updates comprises downloading, installing and configuring the operating system to use the new updates. Some updates require the computer to be restarted and when this occurs configuring occurs as the system is shut down and is completed when the computer is restarted. It is important not to interrupt the configuration process as configuration involves making changes to the registry. If interrupted, the result can be a computer that will not boot. A lot of problems arise from setting Windows Update to automatically update. You may prefer to change this setting. Select Start, All Programs, Windows Update, Change Settings. Under Important Updates is a box showing the current setting. Click on the Arrow down to the right and change the selection to Check for Updates but let me choose whether to download and install them and click on OK. If you encounter problems updating or you are not using the Automatic Update you should manually update by selecting Start, All Programs, Windows Update, Check for Updates. Check the boxes before the updates you want to install, click on Install and click again on Install in the next window and the process of installing starts. You should let the process proceed without interruption. Multi-tasking at the time updating is in progress is unwise. The progress window will tell you what is going on. You need to be patient. If you have a number of updates to install break the task of updating into two or more tasks. If you have been having problems with Windows Update run Disk CleanUp (or better still cCleaner) and Disk Defragmenter ( or better still Defraggler) before installing any large download. If the measures above fail to resolve your problem select Start, All Programs, Windows Update, View Update History and post the Failure Code and Update reference number to the Windows Update Forum at Microsoft Answers. You can also try the Windows Update Troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-the-Windows-Update-troubleshooter The correct way to remove an update: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Remove-an-update To get information about your motherboard type System Information in the Search Box above the Start button and press the ENTER key. Please post the information entered against these items. 1. System Manufacturer. 2. System Model. 3. BIOS Version / Date
