Can we add customized notifications to BHOLD.

And we have a requirement to send a notification email to users whose permissions have been removed after attestation process.

I have no idea how you would do this in BHOLD - I've never even tried setting up the standard notification emails. Given that there are no obvious extension points in the product then I really can't see how it could be done. I wondered about using FIM notification but you would need to flow something back to the FIM Portal to trigger the notification in the first place - you could have a "permissionChange" flag which is set when your collection of permissions is changed in some way, but you would have no way of knowing whether that was the result of attestation intervention or some other method. 

If there was an attribute in the B1 tables (which there probably is) which denotes some attestation action then in theory you could write a FIM custom activity that reads from this table on a regular basis and takes action on change, but this is pure speculation.
