There is no error code. I downloaded a free CA Security pkg and had an error message - - can't find AMRT.msi. I uninstalled the CA install and contacted the company to install the program. Since the install and AMRT.msi issue my automatic downloads will not install on reboot.

What antivirus did you have installed before you got CA Security? What is the virus/malware status of the machine? I have the same problem with the free CA Security, the old CA worked fine thats what I had loaded on my machine
