I tried setting an automatic reply in the Windows 8.1 mail app. The mail app continually pops up saying "We couldn't save the automatic reply for ..." with the options Try Again and Close. No matter if I change my message or not, I keep getting this pop-up. How do I save my automatic reply messages?

there is simple fix but maybe unconvenience

Hi,

We've noticed this issue on Mail Application, as britishdhez mentioned, seems like "delete and re-add the mail account to mail app" is the workaround for now.

Remove account:

a.     Open the Mail App.

b.     Press Windows key + C.

c.     Select the option Settings.

d.     Click on Account, Select the account.

e.     Select the option Remove account.

Adding a New account:

a.     Open the Mail app.

b.     Press Windows key + C.

c.     Select the option settings.

d.     Click on Account, select add an Account.
