there is simple fix but maybe unconvenience
"delete and re-add the mail account to mail app"

Hi,
We've noticed this issue on Mail Application, as britishdhez mentioned, seems like "delete and re-add the mail account to mail app" is the workaround for now.
Remove account:
a. Open the Mail App.
b. Press Windows key + C.
c. Select the option Settings.
d. Click on Account, Select the account.
e. Select the option Remove account.
Adding a New account:
a. Open the Mail app.
b. Press Windows key + C.
c. Select the option settings.
d. Click on Account, select add an Account.
