Autocomplete in windows live hotmail
Simple question:
I type into a field within windows live hotmail and it wants to autocomplete or make suggestions.
How do I get rid of this feature?2 people need an answerI do too

Tools>Options>Send. Uncheck "Automatically complete e-mail addresses when composing".Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

Thanks Brian, but I'm not using Outlook so there is no 'tools' menu. I'm simply on the MS windows live Hotmail website. Is that a function of Firefox then?

Right. I saw "windows live hotmail" and took that to mean "Windows Live Mail" (the client). I'll have to look through the Hotmail options.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

There has to be a way. It doesn't seem to be a function of Firefox or IE. It's a setting withing Hotmail. It never used to do this...

in firefox go to tools>options>remember search and form history, uncheckin IE go to tools > options > contents > and uncheck autocomplete forms
