Authenticate but cannot see the servers
This is what works 1. Authenticate to the server 2. Ping the server 3. Network connection - show that it is connected 4, Can read e-mail 5. It does get an IP number from the server 6. There are no error message charges What doesn't work 1. Cannot do a reverse ping 2. Cannot see servers at the main location 3. When you right click on the vpn network connection there is a message about no DHCP. Before the system went into the field it was connected to the main building. Does anyone have any ideas why we cannot see the server files? I appreciate any help. Thank you, Bonnie

Hi Bonnie, Please confirm if you fail to access the share folder after establishing a VPN connection to a corporate network from a computer that is running Windows Vista. If so, please refer to the KB article 933468 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=933468) for troubleshooting. Hope it helps.
