Audio in very very low in Windows 8.1 professional.
Hi There, I have purchased Sony Vaio Notebook (Model- T Series SVT11125CAS).

When I purchased it came with preinstalled Windows 8.0 Single language.

But Due to my job requirement I bought and Installed a Genuine Windows 8.0 Professional in the notebook  and later on I  upgraded it to Windows 8.1.

Everything is working fine except Audio, the problem is sound level is very very low even I kept my sound level setting on the 100%.

I tried with several original drivers from Sony official website and from RealTek but problem could not resolved.

In addition, In audio properties I can not see any options under the enhancement tab in order to improve sound quality. We need your kind assistance regarding the problem. Let us know if you need further information. Thank you.

Regards

Jack

Uninstall all the audio drivers which you have downloaded so far.Now download and install the latest audio driver which is compatible to your notebook.

Now right click on Speaker icon, select playback devices, select the speaker's properties and click Enhancement tab.Disable all enhancements.Click OK/Apply.

The audio troubleshooter can diagnose and fix common sound playback and hardware problems.

So far problem is not solved..looks like its a problem of Audio driver as I can not see any option under enhancement tab in sound properties.

As a workaround I am using Logitech USB headset just to talk with my family and friends till I get final solution.

thanks guys..
