I have cross check every possibility in my system,every thing is working fine.

Please try setting the audio device as the default device in Windows multimedia control panel.

Also you could try installing the latest driver for the device.

does your audio device have a mic inbuilt? it must have a mic and if not, it will not work with just speakers
