Your AV ports on the Edge are likely not open properly, or something is wrong in your topology.
Ensure that your workstations can resolve the name of the edge pool, and can connect to the internal edge IP address on TCP/443 and UDP/3478. Ensure that the external edge A/V interface can communicate inbound and outbound to the Internet on ports
TCP/443, UDP/3478, TCP/50000-59999, and UDP/50000-59999. Make sure the NAT is bi-directional, meaning that the public IP that's NAT'd to your AV interface inbound is the same IP traffic appears to come from as it leaves the AV Interface headed to
the Internet. Finally, in your topololgy builder, if you're using NAT, make sure the AV Edge's public IP is specified in your topology builder.
