Your AV ports on the Edge are likely not open properly, or something is wrong in your topology.

Ensure that your workstations can resolve the name of the edge pool, and can connect to the internal edge IP address on TCP/443 and UDP/3478.  Ensure that the external edge A/V interface can communicate inbound and outbound to the Internet on ports TCP/443, UDP/3478, TCP/50000-59999, and UDP/50000-59999.  Make sure the NAT is bi-directional, meaning that the public IP that's NAT'd to your AV interface inbound is the same IP traffic appears to come from as it leaves the AV Interface headed to the Internet.  Finally, in your topololgy builder, if you're using NAT, make sure the AV Edge's public IP is specified in your topology builder.

Check out this article for port info: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398739.aspx

And this one which references the topology and hard coding the NAT'd IP: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398591.aspx

Hi sachypawar,

Agree with Anthony.

You can refer to the Lync Server 2013 Protocol Workloads Poster to check if the required posts are opened on the firewall.

Hi sachypawar,

If you can hava A/V call with the users of other location, looks like that it is not a firewall issue.

To troubleshoot this problem, the best way is to enable Lync client logging and use snooper to analyze it.

I did that but can you guide me how to read that with snooper and I require only client log or same time I run Lync diagnostic tool in FE server also.
