Attempted Execute NoExecute Memory

My computer a Samsung running windows 8.1 crashes with the above message. It does not give me a drive number. Can you help me? This happens at least once a day. I can upload the file I have saved that tells you my system information if you tell me how.

Thank you

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

To upload files for us to review you will need to upload them to a file sharing service, like OneDrive, make them publicly visible, and provide us with the link.

The most common cause for system crashes and blue screen errors are out-of-date drivers. Without the dump files we cannot be more specific, but you can attempt to install updated drivers from the system or device manufacturer for any devices that do not have the most up-to-date drivers installed. This often will resolve the issue.
