We recently purchased a Dell with Microsoft Office 2010 already installed. We cannot open any attachment in Outlook, even though we have the programs needed to open them (i.e. word, excel). A microsoft error box comes up stating "Operation Failed." Any idea why this new program is doing this and how it can be resolved?1 person needs an answerI do too
