Hi,If the latest driver is already installed, you can also try the following steps.1. Use Windows 7 Network and Sharing Center to connect the Wireless network. Assure the WPA password is typed correctly.2. Perform the suggestions from the link below:Unable to connect with WPA active in VistaIf there is any error message, please upload it to Skydrive (www.skydrive.live.com) and share the link to me.Thanks,Novak

Hi,I solved this updating the driver to version 7.7.0233. It is available from TOSHIBA support site. The problem seems to be that the latest driver from windows update (v 7.6.xxx) reports a lot of CRC failures, so I got the newer version from Toshiba and it worked instantly with WPA2/AES.Hope it helps!-Fer

Hello, I have problem with my wireless card Atheros AR5007EG. It is working fine, when Im on unsecured wifi, but when I go to AP with WPA/WPA2 security, card not work. Why ?? When I has a WIN XP, its worked. I try to install nwe drivers, but it doesnt help. I had the same problem with Atheros AR5007EG connecting to the modem under WPA security on a Acer Aspire 4315 with Windows XP SP3. As Fersxyz mentioned updating the driver worked. I used the version 7.7.0.321 and problem solved. Thanks to the guys over at Acer Aspire One forums.

Thank you so much for the info. It is also solved my problem with Toshiba laptop, Windows Vista and Atheros driver combination for Wifi, after trying every single solution provided in the website. The upgrade version of 7.7.xxx does read the WPA2 protection, unlike the previous version 7.6.xxx. So, my suggestion for those who has the same problem in the future is just to check the download part of each laptop's maker website and upgrade (not updating as updating means update parts in the same version) the latest version provided. I also knew from another forum that people with HP laptop also solved their problem by upgrading the driver's latest version. Good Luck
