Assigned keyboard shortcut for launching chrome resets as I restart the computer.
For the programs I use the most I have entered their properties in their desktop shortcuts and assigned keyboard shortcuts in order to launch them. Problem is that the keyboard shortcut I assigned to launch chrome is removed every time I turn off the computer. When I start windows again the field where you specify the hotkey is rest to "nothing". I only have this problem with chrome.

Hi,

Based on my test, I could reproduce your problem.

I suspect it caused by the permission.

Here are two workarounds:

1. right click that desktop shortcut, select Properties, under General tab,  Attributes section, check the Read-only checkbox.

2. delete that default shortcut create by Chrome installation process, find the program source file, recreate a shortcut in desktop.
