As Windows XP 2002 Home SP2 is shutting down, I get the blue screen of death.
This is the code I'm getting. Any ideas about what is causing this: ***Stop: 0x00000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF884AA60, 0xF8B35B08, 0xF8B35804)***ousbehci.sys-address F884AA60 base at F8846000, Date Stamp 3e075b41 When I shut down, all programs close normally, but it seems to hang up for a while at the screen that reads "Windows is shutting down" and then shazam, the Blue Screen of Death with the Technical Info above. When I run in Safe Mode, it shuts down normally without the Blue Screen.1 person needs an answerI do too

The file belongs to a USB driver. Go to the motherboard mftr.'s website and get the latest drivers for your motherboard and install them. Or, if you have recently added a USB device, go to Control Panel>Device Manager and expand the USB category. Right-click on the entries and choose "Update driver". Installing SP3 might help, too.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
