Are you always with FSX and Win 7 RC obliged to move windows?
Hi,I explain if my English is not too confusing....Under FSX and Win 7 RC, if you save , in windowing mode an aircraft on park position and then you start again this aircraft for a new flight you have to move each window you've done to have the good image in it. Also if you've change and set full screen during the flight and shut down, then start again the flight on park position you get it in full screen and not as you save it in windowing mode. And these things are very annoyingI must say that I use five monitors with 2 graphic cards on the same computer and don't know if it is identical with one alone monitor.

Another remark:You launch FSX and you choose a flight you are, of course, obliged to move your windows ok.Now you want to change and have another flight with another aircraft you choose it and again you are obliged to move some windows to get good image. Example first I launch cessna C172 at LFCD park then I choose PMDG MD11 at LFBD park and I am obliged to move windows that are on my 4th monitor (Overhead Panel) and my 5th monitor (gauges as Forward Pedestal, MCDU, System display etc.....)To move them because you don't have the good image of the gauge.

HiYou might want to check in the following suport groups for any known issues with FSX in Windows 7.Discussions in Simulators SupportPS. I merged your second thread into the original thread you created. It's not necessary to create 2 separate threads about the same discussion. Hi Ronnie,I have done what you've said and I had to write 4 times ago the same words because the FSX forum shut down.I think it is not very good :o(((After the third try I saved what I wrote and was thinking it is notthe best place to discuss of FSX running under this new operating system. What do you think about? The message is "Desolated temporarily deactivated"

Hi Ronnie I am very desappointed because you've said I must go to "Discussions in Simulator support"I had done that but to see that the public is in majority Gamers but not Simmers and it is not the same thing. Here is my thread:http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.simulators&mid=2b49ddf8-e33d-4a09-8427-89e003df2878They are not interested by Win7 RC, the proof is that only one man was interested and in fact only curiosity because they do'nt test Win 7 RC.Conclusion : I am staying on the miscallaneous thread of win 7 RCbecause here are some Simmers who want to see how FSX is running under Win 7 RC.I think you will be OK with me because I think also FSX is not the last version for Simmers!!Best regards.Guy

Hi GuyOK, you're welcome to post here.My only reason in recommending that other support group was that everyone there is using FSX and I thought that they would know the issues with installing that software in Windows 7.There are a few users here using FSX, so hopefully they will have more information for you. Here is a link to the results of a search for FSX on these Windows 7 forums. This might help you. Look at those threads for more information."FSX" - Microsoft TechNet Search Hope this helps.Regards,Thank You for testing Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

Thanks a lot for help Ronnie,I am going to this Forum to see what they are talking about.RegardsPS For me it is obvious that youwould try to make Win 7 RC and then win 7 (ultimate) as perfect as it is possible....But presently I can say that Win 7 RC is better than Vista and the most perfect "windows you've done" I think it as now as Win XP-Pro 5 of 6 years in frontto it.

Hi Mister Ronnie Vernon,If I understand a little bit English you'reMVP moderator and I ask you some questions without answer from you for 9 days.I am desapointed and I think it's not very correct because we are testing Win 7 RC under FSX giving you a lot of remarks to make win 7 better and we get silence.......Regards.Guy

Hi all,I am coming back to this thread because the same issue is always present even some updates have been done upon win 7 RC.Yes I maintain when you call a flight you have registered in FSX and you had parametered your different windows using many monitors (I say not the parameters by default you have in FSX but yours). Then you are obliged to move them (your windows in your scale) a little bit to see the real image you have in it. Is this possibly corrected in the Win 7 sell now?Regards.Guy
