Furth more would you check if hard disks being out of free space?

Hi, I have had the same issue with OCS 2007 R2, it only began 2 weeks ago after server patching was done. Standard Security Updates and .NET Framework patches were performed.

The current setup I have is 4 Front End Servers with MSMQ running to a Primary and Secondary Archiving Server.

The archive servers then backup to a SQL database stored on a different server in a remote location.

Ever since the patching I get the following on all 4 Front End servers.

Event ID: 30535
Event Source: OCS Archiving Agent
Event Type: Error
Event Description: Office Communications Server CDR Agent or CDR Service is unable to read/write to MSMQ queue in a timely fashion.

Queue: Call Detail Recording acknowledgement class: 49154. Time to receive has expired while the message was still in its destination queue
Cause: This could happen if the CDR Agent receives a negative acknowledgement from the service. One or more messages have timed out and have been dropped.
Resolution:
Check Office Communications Server CDR Agent permissions CDR Service permissions and restart services if required.

I have since restarted MSMQ services on all 4 Front End servers with no change. This error continues to repeat every 10 minutes in the event logs.

This is not affecting and end users but MSMQ data is not being archived.

I have also verified that the permissions to the required folders and services are correct and unsure as to what else I can do to fix this problem. This is where I found the documentation on verifying permissions,

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
