I can't run any of the Apps from new Windows 8. I wanted to download Skype from the website but is says I need to download it from App Store but when I click the App Store it opens but nothing happens. Is there any step I'm missing?

After opening App Store, please press Win+C to call charm bar, select search, then type Skype to search from the Store.
