When attempting to change a Windows Theme, once the theme was applied, my minimized Firefox Window was restored. After minimizing it and selecting the next theme, the window restored itself again once the theme had finished being applied. The error was reproducible on multiple machines by using the following steps:1. Minimize all windows, then open Firefox.2. Right click on desktop. Choose personalize.3. Minimize Firefox.4. Choose a themeEvery time the theme finishes being applied, Firefox is restored.Alternate cases:* If Firefox is not open, it does nothing.* If the other windows are not minimized, Firefox is still restored* If Firefox is open, not minimized, and does not have focus, nothing will happen to the window.* If Firefox is open, not minimized, and was the last program with focus, nothing happens to the window.For every scenario, the theme was still applied. Just found this to be an interesting bug.
