Application setup error due the another application setup running (??)...
With 98% of mostof my applications installing running, I had two left that I can't installed on my 64bit Window 7 RTM. These are 32bit Adobe Media Player and 32bit Java runtime. These application setups are giving me the error message:"... The application could not be installed because another application is already being installed. Complete the first installation before proceeding with this one."Does anyone can give me a hint how to identify this background installation? And/or, clear this condition? The error stills comes up after rebooting and trying to run setup again. Thanks,Max

Again, I just solved my our problem. First I was having problems installing the following applications:1. 32bit Adobe Media Player2. 64bit Java Runtime3. 32bit Paint.netI did remember when, after I completed installing Win7 RTM(64bit), I had problem installing Windows Live Essentials that was giving me this error message preventing to do setups. I found that the problem was due to Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Application and I did a uninstall. After that I was able to install the application. Well, I didn't realized that I reinstalled VS Toot for Application ad the same problem appeared again.I removed VS 2010 Tools for Application and was able to install all my other apps. Sure that there's something to be aware with Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 that might cause some issues with at least Windows 7 (64bit) RTM.Hope this help someone out there!:)
