Anyone find the solution for windows installers keep popping up?
This has nothing to do with any application. Error code 1706. HELP!1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi,1. Did you make software changes recently?Method 1.It seems like there is an application in the background which is initiating the Windows Installer. We can perform a clean boot troubleshooting to find the same. You are required to perform a clean boot to find the program that is causing this and then disable or remove it.How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" statehttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353/en-usNote: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.Method 2.Also I would recommend you to re-register the installer engine.Here is how:a. Click start, click Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.b.
