I was being bothered by antivir-d97b0_2013.exe to remove virus. Is this a microsoft file or a scam??? I did not accept but it was hard to get rid of.1 person needs an answerI do too

It certainly isn't anything from Microsoft. It sounds like one of the many rogue security programs that try and trick you into buying them. They are not legitimate. You might want to take a look at the malware removal instructions in the following link to see if you were that thorough with your own removal work.
