Deployment Summary report shows Antimalware Engine hasn't been update>

At the client site:

Client version: 1.5.1993.0 (win7x64),     1.5.1996.0 (WinXPx86)                 MsMpEng.exe: 1.5.1993.0   7/20/2010

Engine version: 1.1.1020.0  (win7X64), 1.1.10201.0 (WinXPx86)                          

Antivirus definition: 1.165.2259.0

Antispyware definition: 1.165.2259.0

Once a month full update should including Engine update. But Antimalware engine is still old version. How to get Engine update?

WUP is configured on SCCM primary site server with port 8530.

Classification: Critical updates, Definition updates, Security Updates, service packs, Update Rollups, and Updates

Products: Checked on "Forefront Client Security",  "Forefront Server Security Category",  Windows etc..

Clients are configured to SCCM server to get windows update (AD GPO pointing to SCCM server and port on Registry settings), and got monthly Windows security Update, critical updates, FCS definition update without any problem.

Client got FCS scan policy (AD) from FCS server so we can got nice reports from FCS report server.

We are not using FEP.
