My mother's computer has a program on it call Antivirus Action. There is no way to acess anything. When you click on the Internet Explorer it will not let you enter any site other than the one it is affiliated with. It will not let you get to the add and remove programs or any other antivirus program you have. I read the other post for this and didn't find anything that would work to remove it. She really doesn't want to do a full reboot because of all the family pics that are not backed up. If you have any other ideas please let me know. Thank you.Chelle1 person needs an answerI do too

Also you can not acess the taskmanager, or command prompt. So everything I have read to fix it will not work.
