AntStatsServ.exe.hdmp file safe to delete?

I have an Exchange 2003 server that is running Microsoft Antigen and it is starting to run out of disk space on the primary C: drive. I started to look at it to find stuff to remove to restore some space and ended up deleting a lot of the old log files. I also discovered this file AntStatsServ.exe.hdmp in the C:\Documents and Settings\svc_xch\Local Settings\Temp\WER4e9e.dir00 folder that is taking up 1.04GB (1,092,343KB) of space while I was looking around on the drive to see what I could do to free up space. The file was created on Fri. Dec 14, 2007 @ 9:29:03 AM and last modified on Fri. Dec 14, 2007 @ 9:29:29 AM. I'm assuming that this is a dump file that was created when the server or the Antigen software crashed and that it could safely be deleted now. Does anyone know if it would be safe to delete this file to free up the 1GB of space on the C drive?

Thanks,

Brent
