Announcement service
i just enabled enterprise voice to use response group, and i found at my adress book a contact named  ( Announcement service ) wat is this? andwat this services do ? i didn't configure it ?

Hi,Medo,

Announcement Service is a reserved display name for announcement when caller called to your orgnization(such as "This number is temporarily out of service") .You can specify either a pre-recorded audio file to play to callers, or have the speech service read text which you provide in the command to the caller.

It relys upon the Lync Response Group Service, so you will need to identify a Lync front end pool with the Response Group Service running to host the announcement. ( Note: you do not need to have a Response Group workflow/queue/group configured–you just need the service installed and running on a server)

Is there any way to hide these names from corparate directory ? 

This service names is listing in telephone corparete directory. It is diffcult to explain to manager or directors in company.
