An error has ocurred

My HP ADVISOR don't work......so I download an updated version sp46210 from HP web site to installed but after installed and error message came up saying "An Error Has Ocurred".   Please help....

Hi,

Have you verify what you installed is applied to your computer?

Since this error information is too general, it's hard to find out the clue. Could you let us know what was situation when this error popped up?

The easier way is removing that update to see if the issue could be resolved.

If yes, the culprit should be this HP update. Contact HP to ask another solution.

If no, run sfc /scannow command to scan and fix the whole computer corrupted system files:
