NetMeeting isn't included in Windows 7; it's now called Microsoft SharedView (who thinks up these names?). There is a small download that needs to be installed on each machine wanting to join the meeting. Now there are substitutes, pay services and third party pay services. The old cloud is not free anymore.

Windows 7 does not have net meeting... Please suggest something for sharing screen for remote users...
