Allow users to delete local printers
Is there a way to allow standard users to delete local printers in Windows 7? Users can add printers by plugging them into the USB ports on computers and as long as the printer driver is already installed the printer shows up in devices and
printers and all is well. However, should they ever need to remove one of those printers (Devices and Printers->Right click on printer->Remove Device), they get access denied and are prompted to enter administrative credentials.
I'm hoping there is a group policy to set somehwere that will allow them to do this.
