Allow tmg to accept application on port 10050

Im using Zabbix Tool to monitoring servers, I want to conect Zabbix agent On port 10050 on Forefront server.

I create a policy rule:

ports: all outbounds

from: zabbixserver

to: localhost

all users.

But still block on default rule. How can I open port 10050 to accept this conection on TMG ForeFront 2010

First, Thank you for help, the rule you show is correct. I had tried before but didnt work.

Secound, I just saw the wierdest thing. The rule position number was 3, and didnt work, I recreate the rule on position 20 and guess what, it works. I compared both rules and are just the same except by name. Im troubleshooting rule and yes on position 3 doesnt work and in 20 it does. :(. Anyway. Its solve!!
