All the permissions of SYSTEM of C- Drive are set to DENY.

Some kind of virus attacked my pc, hopefully i was able to delete that. But some days later, when i tried to install something the message pop ups "Code 5 : Access Denied".

And when i opened the security settings of c - drive it shows that :
Principal - SYSTEM
Access - Full Control
Type - Deny

i tried a lot but was unable to change those permissions to allow.

Are you logging in under your own profile that is set to administrator? Have you tried logging in as the built in administrator to change those permissions?

Do what specifically? If you are referring to logging in as the built in admin account or checking to see if your account has admin privileges, read here.

If you're referring to changing those permissions you'd do that from the C: drive where you see it set to DENY

Hi,

In addition to what suggested by Acreed02.

Simply restore your system to earlier time point then check the issue.

An administrator account could change permission to allow for local system account from GUI by default. If any messages/error pops up, what is it?

Try boot your computer to safe mode, try the process again.

If the issue still persists, take owner ship of C partition and try again (owner should be TrustedInstaller by default).
