Hi, I have a user who has a laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate and I have created his personal mapped network drive as offline so when he is working from home his files and folder are availbale. However I have come accross one issue, There is one file which is not available offline (not syncing) and has a grey cross on it. This file is a PST file which is about 2GB in size. Is the issue because there is a cap against the size of a file you can make availbale offline? The server which has the files on it is Windows Server 2008 Storage Works. I have looked around the forums and seen some saying chaging registy but that seems to be Windows server 2003. Is this same problem with windows server 2008? If someone could please guide me in the right direction that would be much appreciated. I have removed offline sync and tried re-syncing and made it availble offline again but still hasnt worked. The user has also been in the office all day and still has not synced that particular folder. Thanks

Open Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Offline Files and enable Default cache size.
