After recently adding a Verizon USB760 Modem to my desktop computer I now get a Microsoft outlook error message when I boot up my computer.
I recently added a Verizon USB 760 Modem to my computer to access the internet. Now when I boot up my computer I get an error message of: "Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem. DDE Server Window: Outlook. The exception application error. The exception unkown softare exception 0X40000015 occurred in the application at location ox6ae72107." I spoke with Verizon Tech support and the modem does work. They said the error message was a Microsoft problem and not a modem problem. Does anyone know how to get rid of this error message? I get it every time I boot up. When I click 'OK" I can still finish the boot, and get on line, it is just a pain to have to go through the two error messages every time I boot.1 person needs an answerI do too
