after migrating RgsConfiguration from Lync 2010 server to Lync 2013 server (using Move-CsRgsConfiguration ), people only get music on hold and no agents are receiving the call.We have 4 choices and none of them are working.Mediation servers are still using Lync 2010 server as next hop,could this be the cause?thanks!

Did you deleted the Lync 2010 Response group files, if you did that then problem may be due to that.

no they have not been deleted,since according to Microsoft they should be removed when 2010 topology is removed.So all is still there as "duplicate" and ownerpool is still 2010.

Is this a known issue and are there any fix for it?

Ended with delete al workflows,queues and group then re-created them from scratch.Now everything is working as it should.
