After automatically installing the full set of February security updates my computer restarted every time It was shutdown.After restoring to a previous point and installing the updates one at a time I have isolated the problem to KB2482017.I am running Windows XP, SP3 with windows security centre/security essentials.1 person needs an answerI do too

One program in particulair is responsible for reboots after shutting down the system and that is Easy CD Creator.
