After connecting VPN(Nortel Contivity) unable to access LAN resources Like printer
Hi Everybody, The scneraio is, our office employee frequently connect with parents company to access their mail through VPN. We are using nortel contivity and nortel client. One we connect to mail, the LAN resources automatically disable as it create a tunnel between client and servers. Also itstough task for the users to frequently disconnect and reconnect just totake a print of their mail. Please advise if any of u have resolved this problem. Hi, Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following with you: 1. What operating system is being used in the workstations? 2. Are all workstations encountering this issue? This issue can occur if there are some routes misconfigured after the VPN connection is established. Therefore, please check the route table by using the command route /print. In addition, if the SP1 has not been installed, I suggest installing the Windows Vista SP1 in order to fix some related known issues. Hope it helps.
