After boot, network adaptor must be unistalled/installed

Hello mstumpf123,Have you tried rolling the driver back to a Windows Vista version or run a Windows XP driver in compatibility mode?

Try uninstalling from device manager then see if Windows automatically reinstalls a working driver.
