After Update Windows 7 RC Will Not Logon
Windows 7 RC Appeared to Install Updates 1, 2 and rebooted, now it says user name or password is incorrect My copy of Windows 7 was working perfectly. I had to leave for a few minutes and when I went to log off it had a marker that there was an update. I selected shutdown so it could update and left. Now I cannot log on at all. No passwords will work. Appreciate any help. Have no reset disk.Used my old password reset disk and it worked fine. Back in business.

I have just woken to the same problem. it is 7 rc ulitmate which i am using for media centre. the xbox will not connect nor will remote desktop nor can i login into the local machine. the machine is activated and has been running fine. it seems to still be recording tv in the background.i have tried a password reset disc (from a diff pc but created same user name as the one im having probs with) but its says - error changing password on this account.I only have one account which is admin and even in safe mode i can not log in or change password. any help would be great other wise it looks like a reinstall.cheers
