Advanced User
In the user types we have Administrator and User, maybe an intermediate will end with the problem of than everybody is choosing "Administrator" and compromising their computers (I know that the "Advanced User" is there, but a simple user does'nt know). Maybe introduce a option of Advanced User to the control panel will end the crazy idea of choosing "Administrator" just because "Standart User" is too limited

A "Standard User" is by default a member of the "Users" group, if you feel that such user is missing some privileges you need to add him to another group using Computer Management - Local Users And Groups. If none of the available groups suit your needs, you'll have to create a new group and set it's privileges according your specific privilegerequirements and add that user to this newly created group.

I know that, but that's a thing that only the advanced usersknow, the regular people just go to "Control Panel/User" where they choose Administrator as default

Interesting idea but how would you work it?

The article does not relate to Vista nor Windows 7. On Vista and up, a user belonging to the administrators group runs with the exact same privileges as a standard user when logged on. He's privilegesare elevated only after accepting the consent prompt and this only for the application he's starting not for the logon session.

Yes, the whole principle is to have "The least Previleged Account" runall the time to avoid damage to the Root, not damage by us but by BAD code. The UAC = User Account Control makes the protection of the Root a real life scenario. You can always manage the UAC to what level of concent and pproval with password or no password request, for the elevation of rights..The prople in other OS laso use the principle but somewhat disimilar.Good afternoon,Isvet

UAC mitigates that.
