I am attempting to identify a shortcut to the Advanced Sharing Settings and I can access the Network & Sharing Center via "control /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter" but was wondering as from what I see in the registry there isn't one for Advanced Sharing Settings if there was a /page for it or something. Note: I have revised the all task module via "C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C})" and it does have a shortcut of sorts to this page called "Manage Advanced Sharing Settings" but you are unable to view the properties of it to identify where it is coming from. Even if there is /name for the all task module it would be great. Thanks - Des P.S. Hi, Most of the items in All Tasks belong to Windows Shell. The functions are also provided by Windows Shell. Shortcut internals have not been documented, so we cannot provide more detailed info. Best regards, Della Li

Is there any way to modify Advanced Sharing settings programmatically and/or by changing any registry? Please let me know how you got your answer.
