Hi danno707, Follow the below methods: Method 1: Check if you are able to boot the computer in safe mode and try to login with default administrator account.If you are able to login change the password of administrator computer and check the results. To boot the computer in safe mode follow the below steps:a. Restart the computer and press and hold F8 key (Press and hold f8 key before the windows logo).b. From the advanced boot option select ‘Safe mode’.
