Administrator has to have permission from an administrator to run defrag.exe
Whenever I try to run defrag.exe from the command line (the help file says that I can get a detailed report that way, which is something I like to have), I get the following message, word for word:This program needs to run with administrative permissions. Use an administrator command prompt and then run the program again. How do I use an administrator command prompt? I've never even heard of such a thing.
