I have a home PC, and I had 3 users set up. I have subsequently deleted the other 2 users, and now I have the only account on the PC.

For a while now I kept getting an access denied when trying to open my Microsoft Outlook application, as well as a Microsft Excel error saying the file is corrupt, but when I restart my computer the problem was solved.

Since 2 days ago, NOTHING works to resolve the problem, I now can't access ANYTHING besides the internet on my laptop.

Please help. I have searched most forums and the only resolution I have found is related the UAC. I changed UAC to lowest level. Also found a resolution to change privileges on the C drive. Have done that and after a while keep getting error message about

Error Applying Security An error occurred while trying applying security information to:

Link showing computer name and directory called AppData that I can't post

Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access denied

Please help I have tried everything now
