Administrator's account Enable or Disable status effects.
I created an account of Administrators authority, also I could disable builtin Administrator's account from 'secpol.msc' -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> Accounts: Administrator account status -> Disable, which turned off all administraor previlages of all accounts who were from administrators group. Please allow user account status changes from one place only.

Hi, Actually, the Administrator privilege will not be turned off even though the Administrator account status is turned off. The status only means that the built-in Administrator account. If you would like to install or run certain program which needs Administrator privilege, please right click the program and select “Run as Administrator”, then the program will be run as the administrator.
