Contact either the computermanufacture or Microsoft. You willneed to let them know that wheninstalling software it is telling youthat "we do not have admin rights"You are however logged in as theadministrator but not recievingadmininstrative rights.Ask them if they can allow permissionsto all folders and users so we cancomplete an install1 person needs an answerI do too
