Hi everyone, my English isn't well but I'll try my best to explain my problem.

I have two question about adding multi language to Image.

1.The priority about add language when  deploying the Image.

I have four steps about deploying Image:

a. Install windows

b. Capture wim file

c. Deploy wim file 

c. Recovery wim to other computer

my problem is:

Which step should I add  language packages? a or c?  The result is  the same?

2.when I add deutsch language and change language to deutsch (the origin language is English)

There are still some App name are English. ex: Calculator, Calendar, Games....

Is it normal? Or should install other language packages ?

Where to put the installation of language-packs is entirely up to you. I prefer to have a small wim-file, just containing the OS and updates and perhaps some standard applications. Then adding the language-packs when computers are installed. (Since some users want English and some don't). So I would put it at your "C".

Then I have colleagues who prefers to have a larger wim-file instead, so there isn't really anything that is right or wrong, it's just a question of taste.

The next question is a bit trickier to answer, it's something I have never reflected on until now actually. Looking at one of my own systems that is running the Swedish version of 8.1, the same applications as yours, are in English.
I think this by design, but I'm not 100% sure...

Hi,

For the first question, You can add a language pack to Windows by using the Dism /Add-Package tool during step a or after capture the image. See Add and Remove Language Packs on a Running Windows Installation or Add and Remove Language Packs Offline Using DISM.

For the second question, please Make your new language the primary language on the PC.

Then, log off and log in to check the issue.
