How do I fix this? What happens when you try to use the uninstaller?Does the program come with its own uninstaller (look in the Startup menu, and see if it's there)Can you re-install it, and then uninstall it?What program are you talking about? You could always try using Revo Uninstaller - it does a pretty good job with this sort of thing, but is very powerful and needs careful use. The program is called Arcsot Print Creations. I looked in my Local C: drive and found it, but it does not have uninstall icon that I can see. Please help me remove it from add and remove programs.I did delete it from my startup program files.

If that doesn't work, then try Revo Uninstaller - make sure that you understand what you're doing before using it!-- Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | CrashFixPC | The Three-toed Sloth
