I am trying to access add/remove programs in normal mode for windows XP and when i try and access it nothing appears it does not tell to wait while the list is populated. There is no message or anything, I tried running it in safe mode and it appeared and i was able to access it, however i could not remove what I wanted. Any Ideas?1 person got this answerI do too
