Original title: MY Systems Properties show that I have a 2002 XP pro with sp3.When I go to add & delete programs, it is blank across from microsoft SP3 & a few other import programs. Does that mean they are missing or have been corrupted and do I have to re-install? If so, Do I have to install THe previous programs as I read on the micrsoft site?With Thank I M Sasha
